    Sean set several traps with animal specific bait. I have a bit of land, and have squirrels, woodchucks, chipmunks, etc. and was worried they would get caught instead. (I would have let the raccoon alone except he/she built a house in my soffits on the house and the whole thing fell down. 🙁 ) Anyway, it really was animal specific bait! It took a few days, but we had a raccoon trapped and found him early one morning. By law a trapped animal must be removed within 24 hours. Sean was well within that time. I would say it was literally as soon as possible. He took the time to tell me the general area that the raccoon’s new home would be, as well as a description of his/her new surroundings. Sean was a gentleman through out the entire time. I will call Sean again whenever I find myself in need of a little help.

    I had two nests of very aggressive yellow jackets in my yard. When I called Sean, he arrived promptly, and quickly evaluated the situation. He worked surely and steadily (and bravely!) until the nests were gone, and left me knowing I and my grandchildren will be safe in my yard. He also let me know that he would return to kill any yellow jackets that came back, if any. As an aside, it was very interesting to watch him work. I most definitely recommend Answer Pest Control for promptness, professionalism and willingness to go “above and beyond” to get the job done.

    Sean came out and was very friendly. He inspected the outside of the house, then the area where I saw the carpenter ants nest. He found additional frass further away from where I saw and inspected there as well. Then he applied the treatment to the nest, both inside and outside (the ants had nest holes on both sides. Almost immediately the ants started running/dying. He applied further treatments to the nest, and any doors/windows near our deck (where they came in). He sprayed around the house as well. Sean gave me info on all chemicals used so I knew what had been applied, and was very accurate on the timeline. Ants came out of the nest and died in a steady stream for almost 2 weeks from treatment, but eventually the queen came out and died as well. Now there are no new signs of ants there. And the work is still warranted for another month+! Overall a great experience from my first time using an exterminator.

    I highly recommend Sean Walter of Answer Pest Control, LLC. Why? 1. Our initial contact with him was positive & professional; 2. After a week’s time, although the pest problem had diminished, we were still seeing them. My husband called and Sean came the next day to do another treatment — covered by the guarantee. 3. After more than a month, due to a situation inadventently caused by me, we found a another entrance for the pests. We called Sean for his advice. He explained what happened came the next day.     After about 1 year from Answer Pest Control’s previous service my groundhog problem had returned. The groundhogs had found another way under the back part of my house. Sean set traps and removed 3 from under the house. In addition he removed 3 more from a nearby hutch. The total time Sean spent removing the population from my backyard was about 4 weeks. During this time he was responsive and removed the traps and rebated them. I believe that all of animals are gone now. Have not seen an signs of them for several days now.

    We have an apartment and our tenants called and said that there were mice in the house. And he made several trips because it’s some times something to do with more than one trip because there babies being born. It went well; he was reasonably priced, very passion-able, went over board in trying to work with our schedule on when we could meet because w don’t live there. And the other thing he was really concerned about whether he what he would sometimes use people are allergic to in the traps and he made sure to find out if there were any allergies and take special precautions.

    They gave a really good price and their service included the trap setting and checking for a week and half, they came back 4 times, maybe 2 weeks and checked the traps and make sure that everything’s okay. I plan on using them in the future. The owner and their checks were very personable, outstanding, locally owned and for years it was a locally owned business.
